   MODEL STS-7

Tube packaging requires 3 steps.

1.Fill tube (See Filling machine page).

2. Seal tube with either STS-7 or larger TP-30.

3. For visual effect crimp w/flute design, or use combination crimper/coder.

Single plastic tube sealer, for laboratory and sample sealing of plastic tubes.

For operation on 115 volt, single phase current.  Unit has self contained air compressor.

Dimensions: 10" wide x 10" deep x 14" high.

         MODEL TP-30

Pilot plant size sealer, for plastic tubes. Unit supplied with 2 racks.

Unit seals tubes in 30 inch rack (No. depends upon tube diameter).

For operation on 115/1/60 current, also requires compressed air.

Will handle tubes of any diameter, up to 12" long. Each rack for a single diameter.

Typical seal cycle takes approx. 30 seconds.

Size: 36" wide x 18" deep x 24" high.  Ship weight approx. 100 lbs.

For laminate tubes, dual heat option is available.

Suitable for both plastic or metal tubes.

May be supplied for straight crimp or crimp with code.

Standard code pocket for five characters, larger pockets are available.

May be supplied as hand operated unit.

Jaw sizes: 2.5" for tubes up to 1.5" diameter.

                 4"  for tubes up to 2.5" diameter.
