ALESCO HAND TUBE CLOSING SYSTEM (FOR METAL TUBES)
Tube packaging requiress 4 steps:
1. Fill tube. (See Model 1494-E, for fill operation).
2. Insert tube into stainless-steel tube preformer. This will flatten tube end prior to folding operation.
3. Place flattened end of tube between jaws, close, and fold tube over the jaw, machined with 30 degree angle. Remove from jaws and flatten fold by reinserting and closing jaw. Repeat above to provide double fold.
4. Add to secure fold use Model 1493/1495 series crimper or crimper/coder.
